Enjoyed the course and will take on board wat i have learnt

The course was good, learnt some new ways on how to deal with customers. Dave the instructor was a good fella and knew hes stuff.

Doing the course with Dave was fun and educational, been in customer care all my working life but there is always something new to learn. Dave the Trainer was very informative about the course I would recommend his training to anyone.
