I found the course really interesting. It was interactive and engaging. I found it beneficial to be able to see where I am more likely to make mistakes / errors and feel I can apply these to my work.

I would recommend that this course is done in an individual office. It was not possible on this occasion as it clashed with our Regional Meeting and the level of distraction has proved to be more challenging than would be expected on a normal working day.

Greg is a great trainer, kept it interesting all the way through, really interesting points covered, definitely loved the 20 minute concentration burst idea and will be utilising this going forward as it is a great way for me to stay engaged longer throughout the day!

Really enjoyed the course, was really insightful and had a lot of tips on how to improve accuracy within my work. The content was really well presented wasn't too much information at once which was good and the hourly breaks were good to not lose interest or get distracted elsewhere.
