Overall it was a good and engaging training. Trainer was very good in explaining points and the small tips guide provided will really help.

Brilliant course - very interactive which kept the mind and brain engaged! Fantastic course and trainer. Would highly recommend for everyone.

Really enjoyed the course, I had previously done it online but still found it useful to go over again in person. A bit more of the reading accuracy check like I have previously done on the online course would be useful particularly for those in HR, Audit and FR as we read a lot of documents on a daily basis.
