Industry-relevant, practical teaching is the quality attendees value most, with knowledgeable, patient trainers who explain clearly, adapt to mixed abilities and relate learning to real workplace situations. Attendees find the sessions engaging rather than presentation-led, and say the hands-on work builds confidence and skills they use on the job. They also praise the well-structured courses, welcoming staff, clean facilities, straightforward organisation and thoughtful hospitality, including lunches and refreshments.
