Roy was very good at keeping everybody engaged in the training. I learned a lot and had fun while doing so. He has some great experiences and got everybody feeling comfortable.

I found this course extremely helpful as it is very relevant to my job. My role consists with a lot of cold calling and accessing customer homes, particularly in areas I am not familiar with. The role is very customer based so it is great that I have been made aware of different scenarios/situations.
