the session was very fun :p

the lesson overall was good because i laernt things to use in the future

I think that this lesson was very useful for people that are having a hard time

I have already dealt with a lot of this sort of thing in my life so was aware of much of the info and ideas. I also feel some people wanted it more as a venting session taking it in a different direction.
