I have participated in PFCI training in the past, despite this I found the workshop really useful and picked up some gems during the day which i shall be using in my role. It was a long day especially given the early start to get to the meeting in time. However it was a really useful day and would highly recommend.

Excellent training day, excellent trainers. Relevant discussions. The agenda however could have been shorter. It was difficult to maintain concentration for such a long period of time. With a shorter agenda it may have allowed some people more time to travel home.
