I think this was the most interesting of all parts of the CUBS certificate. Despite of some topics being dry and convoluted, the booklet, exercises and the tutor managed to retain my attention and interest throughout 2 days. Overall - I am very positively surprised with the last 2 days. Civil law is more interesting that I thought it was.

This course was excellent and absolutely essential. I cannot thank Simon Jelf, Barrister and our instructor, enough for the patience and care he took in teaching us novices. My only comment is that some members, who are very knowledgeable, tend to ask many valid questions that interrupt the flow of the class. Thank you so much, Simon!

I AM HAPPY THAT I ATTENDED

Firstly I would like to convey that Fay is an incredible asset to the course and I cannot imagine how anyone could improve on her skill as a trainer. The last Law module had an exercise pdf that did not allow any answers or edits to be noted against the questions which is odd because the manual pdf allowed editable note fields - why not allow notes on both?? The last module online Law questionnaire was not worded clearly and deliberately just made to be tricky and confusing. I am certain that there are errors either in the structure of the question options or in the Manual that was the reference for answering the questions. I suggest that an independent law expert (like Fay) now checks the questionnaire to ensure that it does not contain errors. In due course may we have a copy of the questions and our answers please?

As expected Nick was really engaging and informative, as per previous courses. He is always happy to take questions, gets everyone involved and made complex issues seem more simple. He's very good at turning 'lawyer speak' into human language.

Thank you for the great teaching. It is a difficult topic to cover, but the course condensed the information to be manageable for clinicians.
