3 hours is the perfect length in terms of being able to engage & concentrate. I felt the material shared and those who shared lived experiences were really helpful.

The trainer made us all feel welcome and delivered a difficult subject matter with sensitivity. The session covered a lot of material which were all relevant. The break out room and questions kept you engaged throughout. Thank you
