Very helpful day. Trainer was very informed and a good speaker

Would have been better to use more appropriate equipment it felt like a box ticking exercise however presenter did well with the tools he had

Training day was enjoyable and knowledgeable. The venue was air conditioned and had nice toilet facilities etc. Trainer was also very friendly and helpful with the course.

The tutor was good and he explained in details

Overall the course offered great knowledge to help out into practice.
