Chad the trainer was lovely and very welcoming. Delivered the course excellently.

Good training session Only problem was that the course was on the ,9th floor and I don't like lifts and had to walk up the stairs. This is my issue and did not affect the quality or enjoyment of the day

I was sent on this course, but I am a biomedical scientist based in the Transfusion Laboratory. The course is ward based and so some of it is not relevant to me. I do not use hoists or move patients. The CPR and AED are useful.

Craig was an excellent trainer and learned lots of new techniques with him
