Enjoyed the study day. Great tutorial and I learnt a new skill

Need hot drink facility!

Could of had tea and coffee provided and little snacks

Everyone was carried along and given the opportunity to carry out training practices

Trainer very good

Learnt a new technique even though attended similar training many times previously

Was a really good interactive session. Explained the information in a good and visual manner to make it understandable

Should have offered Tea or coffee

Training was easy to understand, thorough and beneficial to my are of work. The manual handling technique was impressive and something I will teach others. Thankyou

For a conference centre I was surprised it didn’t have its own parking. Very central but consequently parking expensive … but I understand you can’t have it all. No coffee or tea facilities (even a pay machine one). Course itself and trainer excellent as marked.
