Great course. Interactive where it should be. A lot of good takeeaways

Really enjoyed the course today. Thought Paul and Anne delivered it extremely well and brought up some interesting and thought provoking ideas, allowing area for challenge and discussion.

Well delivered and both Paul and Anne were lovely. I was only able to join for the afternoon as I was told on the day about the course however Anne gave me a very warm welcome and the afternoon session was very helpful and I took a lot away from it. It makes me sit back and think about things I do/say.

Having done other courses like this before where others have tried to cover too much and at too high a level, it was a relief to have a days session whereby there were 4 main objectives for the session and where they were covered at enough of a level that everyone could take something away. It was an enjoyable day with the most impressive part being the names being remembered at the beginning. This grabbed everyone's attention. Only EBI would be an extra break or two just for 5 minutes in afternoon session
