It was very good course and the tutor engaged with everyone in the class. I will recommend this course to my workmates.
Overall, this course was delivered very well and was delivered in a way that was understandable and relatable. Tom is highly knowledgeable of the area of food safety which made for a very interesting learning experience.
Excellent delivery, workshop and notes an excellent aid, met all objectives, Tom was engaging throughout and clearly extremely knowledgeable, SQT training excellent as usual, would highly recommend to any in the industry
