Jorge was an knowledgeable, respectful and positive trainer and the course was both practical and informative. The venue could have been slightly bigger but wasn’t a major issue as it was clean and had good facilities.

Alison is a fantastic instructor and I thoroughly enjoyed the course. She was interactive through the two days and had lots of anecdotal stories that added depth to the content she was teaching. The information was in-depth yet not too overstrung and understanding was checked through questioning through the course. The course was well paced and Alison read the room well by providing breaks at the right times. I enjoyed the course and would not hesitate to recommend courses run by Alison to other practitioners looking to either obtain or update their first aid knowledge.

Alison is absolutely brilliant, really thorough with great real life stories. Very engaging. Highly recommended.

Generally good information and good teaching rather than just poeer point, interactions with other and sinario much better than death by powerpoint. Trainer is nice and pleasant and took her time to explain and demonstrate getting good interactions from the group. Woukd enjoy her teaching me again in the future.
