Alison led a very well detailed course, she was informative and made me feel at ease with her down to earth bubbly personality. She shared her own stories and experiences which made it all very relatable.

Great teacher, feel more confident about first aid

Instructor was amazing, inputed some personal experience which helped bring the theory into the practical experience. I’ve been on a lot of first aid courses and this was by far the most informative and fun ones I’ve been on, the knowledge will stick with me for far longer than previous courses.

Excellent delivery of course. Good mix of theory and practical. Kept everyone interested and had fun along the way.

Christi was an amazing tutor. She made me feel at ease. I felt less anxious which meant I could focus more on learning and retaining the course content.

Flooring not ideal for ground working.

The course was very useful and informative. My only feedback is I found the second day slightly more engaging, and more movement etc during the session. I found this slightly harder to maintain focus for a full session during the first day where we had to sit for longer periods of times. Overall I will say my confidence has definitely increased and I would feel much better attending a first aid accident now after Christi’s session.
