Great content with a different view towards Organisational Politics.

One of the most engaging training courses I have been on, I have learnt so much about myself, how to build my business and how to engage in the right way!

The content hit the nail on the head it has allowed me the time to reflect, look at how I need to structure things I'm my head and get involved with my key stake holders and their importance. The key is self-importance, reflection, engagement, planning and building on your commitments.. Thank you both

Really appreciate the opportunity to learn through Individual conversations with coaches as well as the group setting.

So good to get back in the classroom. Learning and development makes me take stock and actually go back to basics. This course so far has already got me thinking how to make those changes.

I found module 2 more useful than module 1 which I enjoyed in its own right. The business plans work was great, specifically the formatting the plan and the serve, strength, score section. The organisational politics module was really strong also.

Really liked the HSBC examples. It has given so many ideas and the breakouts allows better networking too.
