The course was very informative and I found the delivery excellent. John is an excellent presenter and it is clear to see he has an indepth knowledge of the Risk Management Standard and also the requirements of IVDR/ MDR. Also I very much appreciate John rescheduling the second day of training as a result of an unannounced audit.

John is very knowledge, great to break down the course content and engage with all attendees. John was extremely flexible with our teams, as during day 2 we had an unannounced TUV audit - John rescheduled effortlessly - thank you!
