The course was very intense and long for one day. I would prefer if the course could be done in 2 different days so that the absorption of the materials will be much easier.

Edel did fantastic job delivering course material in understanding way, very good pace. Well organized, good time keeping and breaks. I felt very relaxed answering questions, good team involvement. I would highly recommend this course to other managers like my self with production / operations background.
