Stefano was again a great teacher. I really enjoyed the theoretical part followed by exercises in Excel. It helps tremendously to grasp the concepts. I feel like I could improve my financial modelling skills a lot, especially on the M&A templates.

given there is a variety of different attendees with different levels of knowledge, a "pre-knowledge" overview would be helpful (or intro/practice exercises to gauge level).

Fantastic course - Serge was a very good instructor - extremely knowledgable and prepared but also very helpful and kind. It is difficult to teach a group of many different levels of experience and I think this was done very well.

I really enjoyed the course, it was very informative sessions. However, I'd prefer if the course focus on more analysis aspects rather than accounting part which should be shrinked to half a day
