The course was really well run, with a lot of interaction and engagement with other participants. It was great to hear what other people struggle with, to know that most people have the same issues.
Brilliant - the best online training i've done. The trainer was fantastic, would go out of my way to recommend him (Paul G) to friends/colleagues.
It was simple and easy to understand while also encouraging reflection and new practices that I can use, and can suggest to colleagues. Paul had a very kind presence which also made it easy going. I find online meetings and courses daunting sometimes so was worried about my focus for an all-day session, however it was easy to keep my attention, and I was able to engage with the content.
As with all Happy training this was a great session and even though it was online all day it did not feel too intense and I have learnt lots of useful techniques and ways to better manage my time.
Really enjoyed today's session - was a really useful mix of interactive sessions, listening and e-learning. It was super helpful being encouraged to relate what we've learnt about in today's session to our current working tasks/priorities.
This was genuinely a very positive experience where I learnt a lot more than expected. Coming into this session, I was a bit pessimistic as to how much value I would actually take from this. However, Ive ended up taking a full page of notes, learnt new concepts and analogies and even learnt more about my own system in the process. Being very early in my career, it is quite intimidating trying to be as effective and efficient at your job. But with this session I've honestly picked up concepts which I'm excited to add not only to my work but also personal life and see how it improves the coming year 2025.
Went deeper than I would expect for a time management course and in doing so will, I hope, have a more profound and lasting effect
I enjoyed the course and the topics that we went through. It was interesting to learn about how to effectively break down tasks, how to my manage time and different peoples' experiences of procrastination and completing tasks.
Paul was an excellent facilitator, bringing everyone into the session appropriately. The course content itself was also very strong, flowing excellently through the sections but also provided small nuggets of information which have had a big impact. the HappyManifesto seems an excellent resource which i will be sure to look at following the session.
