Really well run session, varied, good resources available, relevant

Really good online course that brought together a number of strategies I was already familiar with and I will now implement. It was also great to be part of a really engaging and supportive group of people - so much better than I expected it to be! I liked the use of the breakout groups to discuss the individual topics - it made it more real and I got some great ideas from the other participants as well as from DJ. He managed the course well and paced it perfectly. I would have liked a bit longer on Procrastination, but we had covered most of the issues throughout the day.

The course was interactive and engaging. I learnt several techniques for effectiveness

The day was a good mixture of input from our facilitator and sharing together, including small breakout groups. People opened up a lot in our small groups and we were able to be honest with each other. It was encouraging to realise that we all face similar challenges as people working in the charity sector. The pacing was good, with enough breaks to prevent it being too intense. The half hour allowed for the exercises and to watch a short video was time well spent.

It was a great course and made me think how I can use my time more effectively

Really enjoyed the course, Paul has been great - very inclusive, friendly and explained things clearly. I've learnt that I already have some good techniques and I've sometimes just got to take a step back to reflect and plan.

Very useful course to attend. I thought the small size of the group really helped every delegate to get involved and participate fully.
