The course was very informative. The trainer was very engaging and friendly which made the course enjoyable.

Really enjoyed the experience, Pauline was great, full of energy and kept us all engaged for the duration of the course. The content and materials were more focused on Customer Services and Sales however Pauline did a great job on elaborating and getting into more detail with what was relevant to our current roles.

Excellent training session and Pauline was absolutely fantastic - she kept engagement and energy high throughout the whole day. The training was both valuable and fun!
