I did the persona module previously but it was a good refresher. The VMP work would very useful for the business.

Enjoyed the content and interaction.

Good knowledgeable trainers and content. The personas part was something that all of us had seen before in one shape or form, so for managers maybe that could have been covered a bit quicker.
