Courtney made the course really fun enjoyable and relatable. Although there seemed to be a lot of information given all at once we was reassured that once we were on our placements plenty of help would be given. He involved everybody and went through everything If any of us were unsure.

Overall, it was a great experience. Enjoyed learning theory and practical part. Ms. Winter ensured that we all are on our same page and the way she involved us in the group discussions and teamwork.

Our trainer was very friendly and information was portrayed very well, ensuring everyone understood topics and questions answered before moving on. Practical activities organised and set out very well.

I really enjoyed the course Suzanne was a fantastic trainer the only problem I found was the work booklet did not correspond with the material that Suzanne was reading from. It felt a bit all over the place hard to follow, however Suzanne explained everything well I found her very friendly and approachable. I especially enjoyed learning about the different kinds of dementia as my grandmother had alzehemiers disease. I also enjoyed the CPR training and how to use a and AED.
