An enjoyable and educational course. Neil was keen to pass on his knowledge to me, using educational materials and real world practical examples. Did not enjoy eating with wood cutlery

Fantastic week, we were well looked after, lovely food and taught very well. There was a lot of time given to help me along. Highly recommended
