Enjoyed the training as a refresher but feel that web training is not a perfect substitute for face to face training as it would be more helpful to refresh using equipment

face to face training is better than virtual but it was an informative course

Sam made the course very accessible; plenty opportunity for questions and comment. chat rooms very useful
