good refresher

The video clips were too small and not always audible

It’s good course, however this kind of course is essential to be able to practice before going to environment with real vulnerable people.

The trainer talked really fast. Didn't go into enough detail about the sling types such as toilet sling Would feel better with machines Infront of me and visualising the actual ways to set it up

Good over all though quite long

Bianca was clear and good. we could ask questions as we were doing the course. i think went really well.

Good course, have been in care a long time so most of this I was already aware of but did learn a couple of new things
