Trainer was engaging and made the course interesting

Very informative and moves at a decent pace. Could have done with fewer pressure ulcer pics but it's useful to see the consequences of improper procedure.

The trainer was very good and helpful I felt that I could ask her any questions and she would answer them for me. She was very good at giving examples of what has happened which helped get a better understanding. I enjoyed the session it was very informative.

Although some of the course content I would not use as a Chaplain it is good to be aware of it.
