Very good

Tthese kind of training are important in my job role its refreshing from what i know and and also new skills.

The internet was not good at the start of the training but later it was better

The course would be better to have in person, as its clearer to hear and see whats going on, but overall it was fine, I picked up everything that was discussed.

The course was very Care Home orientated and as it was on Zoom we couldn't do any practical examples. It was ok as a refresher course but not for someone who hadn't done M & H training before.

Physical training preferred next time

Courtney was a good presenter, informative. Some very useful information. We both learned new things.
