The training was very interactive and educative. I especially liked how we got to see videos of how the moving and handling was being carried out. The trainer also did a great job in not only explaining the do's and don'ts but also the importance of moving and handling.

The course content was the ideal length for covering the information that was required. There was also enough cross reference material for going into further depth, and for use as points of refence as and when required.
