a great refresher course

The theory is well encapsulated in the time, covering all the necessary and important parts.

the course was good and learned some new technics of using the hoist and sliding sheet

very nice and interesting. i am enjoyed.

i enjoyed the course and learned quite a bit. i have only just started in care so some of the things i hadnt used or done before. However i feel i have more info for when i do.
