Very helpful trainer

very good trainer and helped me to remember correct ways of moving and handling

I think it was well presented and I leaned so much

Appropriate knowledge given, would have liked a 'practical' session however i understand due to restrictions this cannot have taken place.

the training was well laid out and easy to follow what the person that was teaching had to say. I felt like ive learnt new things and refreshed things i already knew. Overall a good training session even with me being ill while on zoom.
