Whilst I am disappointed you didn't enjoy the session I do appreciate your honesty and I will have a chat with the trainer. As you know it is hard to train on cough assist without having actual equipment etc. That's why we utilise videos- most of our trainers do talk over the videos but I total agree its a fine balance to enhance learning. This trainer is dyslexic so she may have mixed some words up - apologies again as she normally is great at correcting herself!
