The 8 goal write up was a very helpful exercise and I now have a much clearer idea of what needs to be done in order to achieve my goal.

Very interesting content - gave me a lot to think about personally, especially goal setting.

I think the content would be very useful for a lot of people, but I am lucky enough to currently be in a position where I have been exposed to a lot of this before.

Great session networking for me is something that I try to step away from as I'm quite shy and something out of my comfort zone , but understanding the importance it's something I will actively try and engage in

I really enjoyed today's session, particularly reflecting upon the personal CV and how this has shaped me and leads into my professional life and habits - it was really helpful to how Anne's personal CV as that is not how I initially interpreted the topic, so thank you for sharing that as it is definitely something I will take away for future
