Very good initial session - thoughtful and insightful. Lots to take away and think about going forward. Great to see where I am currently at and what are the next stages.

Very good, was an eye opener on career development and made me think about my career like I haven’t before!

Maybe useful to suggest more concrete steps to tease out ideas from others. Examples of small commitments people could make like “give a STAR” or “contribute more to weekly meeting”. Advice on actions to build relationships because it’s not always obvious who is needed and how to present well to them.

Enjoyed the brief course which generates thought around oneself - values, strengths etc - and helps initiate thought around career plan and commitments that are needed from us as individuals. We are all different and the career anchors assessment was interesting.

I appreciate that timing of the session itself is a challenge, but considering the volume of content , would good to perhaps have more frequent, shorter sessions to allow for immediate discussion.

Great course. Worked very well discussing with partners then coming back into the group rather than talking in front of everyone.
