Sue has a kind, warm and knowledgeable approach. She always makes these sessions comfortable and helpful.
The assessment criteria for the course has just changed and this was quite confusing . However the trainer Sue Warner was able to explain this and give reassurance. She is a very knowledgeable trainer.
