I enjoyed it

really enjoyed the course but would like face to face to practice skills

Would be better face to face as discussed but course was informative and I learnt new procedures.

plenty of breaks given during the course and felt very involved

Even though my role does not involve direct contact with the residents the information I received will stand me in good stead in the event of an emergency. Well worth taking part.
