Technical issues, a break after 2 hours and 10 minutes, trainer only reading the slides, this training should be face to face

We all felt that the training in person is much better. Lots of distractions with people not knowing how to connect to the training, accessing mute buttons etc.

The way the course was delivered was good if you have some First Aid knowledge but if you were new to first aid training it could be daunting without having a person physically in the room but due to Covid Times it was the best it could be.

The course was aimed at care homes and I work in the community so no appropriate for me. I lone work and do not have colleague for support in an incident.

The course was good. Completing on zoom isn't ideal. Face to face is more effective.

many aspects of the course were non applicable to our role and the trainer focused on AED despite it being communicated to her by all attendees that we are not allowed to use this in our settings. did not teach up to date guidance despite repeatedly telling us what it is. videos shown were non applicable to our sites and the sound was poor. again this was all communicated by attendees but not acted upon. the course could have been a lot shorter than 3 3/4 hours if the trainer had not focused on these aspects and repeated herself many many times.
