As discussed during training this training tool is work in progress which will be perfected ready for use to impact and improve the standard of service provision.

I was pleased with the way the course was presented, it was easy to understand and I found it all very interesting. The length of the course was 3.5 hours with 2 breaks which was adequate. The course was well organized.
