Unfortunately we werent able to do this in person so there was a lack of practice.

Carol was really professional and explained the session well

Difficult session due to IT issues but trainer knowledgeable and tried to be as interactive as possible

It was a pity that the course was affected by the technical issues. videos not playing, screen not sharing and as such the course was rushed and the trainer was understandably distracted.
