The course was delivered in an understandable way, it was simple and easy to follow and it give the exact picture of what needs to be done practically

Dana did an excellent job in impacting us but I think the course should also consist of video clips to enable us understand better real life examples

Very informative

Good update of existing knowledge would have been a bit quick if it was introducing new information. Would have been nice to encourage more engagement and perhaps share experiences especially as it was a refresher for all. Also chance to introduce ourselves and give some indication of existing knowledge and what we were looking to achieve from the course.

Excellent course

It was a very good detailed training that I would recommend everyone to do even though you have been doing care for many years. I’ve learned new things in this training.
