The course was very informative and the trainer well vast in the subject mattet. I hope there will be room for refresher courses.

Mark told stories and used anecdotes really well and I know that's key to helping me retain information. He was humourous whilst being very knowledgeable which made for probably the most fun and useful training experience I've had.

Mark was extremely professional, knowledgable and most importantly he made the session enjoyable while keeping on topic throughout.
