The course teacher really knew her stuff and gave good examples of real life experience throughout , did not just read off slides like other courses I have been on !

Good course covering the basic/likely scenarios of 1st aid we might encounter. Trainer was fun, confident and informative. Lots to cover in 3 days, would like the opportunity to do bolt ons for more indepth or further situation as there is a lot in the book. Equipment use and role plays were very valuable to make it hit home. Would like to have a quarterly group for practice/refreshment in place within the organizational amongst those who are trained so we can keep our skills fresh & up to date.

The course was well laid out over the three days. There was a good mix of visual aids, practical participation and discussion. Lee was great at getting across the information and encouraging everyone to ask questions. Lee held the room without participants losing interest. There was a good mix of teaching aids, which kept your interest.
