Excellent course (except the fact that I was unable to access the sound to the internal excellent videos (tried to get help from 'the chat' but no reply came (sorry) , but Linda was brilliant; clear; professional yet friendly and approachable (again I tried to speak and thank you and ask questions; pressed 'UNMUTE' but sadly even so; evidently Linda couldn't hear me, but Please thank her very much from me, with best wishes and many thanks, NickyResponse : Hi Nicky.
