I did understand today's training well because the trainer speak very clearly and answer every question very professional

Thinking of someone has never done this before, that is not enough. Just give us an ideia.

The training was able to meet satisfactory standard and the aim for the course achieved. The trainer was able to get some participants involved throughout the exercise. It was nice to have been a part of today's class.
