I have learnt a lot

It was an interesting training to attend, except the basic information which I had already known, I've learned new things such as how to use a defibrillator if necessary or what to do if an infant is chocking.

Obviously a face-to-face course would be more effective but under the circumstances this was pretty good.

Very well done there were no interruptions good timing on breaks too. Thank you
