Was very informative, I learned the difference between the three different diseases as I before I thought they were all roughly the same.

really good way of explaining different types of illnessess and what each person needs and that it's not a one fits all and it is entirely person centered and everyone will be different.

I really enjoyed this training. It was interesting to learn about new conditions. I will put what I've learned into my work practice. Bianca was a great trainer, highly recommended.
