Really great! The facilitators were great!

I think we needed a little more time in some areas and one or more breakouts would be have been beneficial

Not sure relevant to the grade already at

good mix of video, 1:1, group chats, polls. Found today's more relevant (not sure why?!) probably more thought provoking.

Great course with some areas that provoked thought, particularly on Trust section. Good engagement using break out rooms during Zoom

I got a bit lost on the trust scores and the questionnaire, me and my team couldn't really make sense of them to be honest

Loved doing this course with others in my business area. Could really get in to the detail of how things can develop, we can support, coach and learn from each other across a relevant platform of opportunity

It's been another good course. Jo and Jen did a good job of keeping it pacey which is key when way thing on zoom. Prefer the property only cohort rather than bank wide in prior courses as relationships and breakout groups are more meaningful and relatable.

Good pace. Managed well despite being on zoom. Both thoughtful reflective content and practical tips.

I’m only in a position to comment on the 2nd session. Got lots of value out of the session as it’s forced me to rethink how I distribute my time with stakeholders.
