Good venue

Course lecturer displayed high level of knowledge and was very patient with an electrician, not in the prime of youth.

I enjoyed the course but I would have liked there to be more on the practical side. Norman was friendly and had a lot of experience to pass on to us. It was a good entry level course for an introduction to switching.

Norman provides in depth technical insight into this topic

Classroom wasn’t great as there was constant noise from switching, very off putting at times.

Good course with good content. Norman has a great knowledge of the course and gets all points across and makes things easier to interpret.

Good introduction to LV safety. Would be nice if there was more equipment for practicals, such as UPS and generators.
