Tutor had in depth knowledge of the subject and had been in the industry for many years prior so could answer an vast amount of questions and relate it to field experience. I've come away learning a great deal. Any questions were answered, anything not understood was explained again patiently and the small class sizes made it a comfortable learning environment.

Really enjoyed the 10 day refrigeration and and air conditioning course, Learnt a lot in two weeks, due to Tim being extremely knowledgeable in the subject, and able to get the information across to the class.

Tim's ability to delivery difficult concepts and topics with such patience was incredible. He managed to make everyone understand in a way that worked for them and when asked to repeat something, however basic a question, he responded with such kindness and re-phrased the information until it made sense. Thank you Tim and team.

Tim is very credible and knowledgeable in his field. He clearly enjoys teaching his subject matter, and I will have no hesitation in recommending him to others. The facilities were excellent; the only comment I would make is that some better noise insulation between the workshop area and classrooms would make for less disturbed teaching. Could I also recommend that you add parking bay lines to the student parking area; some people obviously found it difficult to park with consideration for others, leaving a shortage of space. I very much look forward to booking another course with you in the near future. Regards Pete

Tim was an excellent instructor and clearly knew refrigeration inside out, he is a credit to the company. It was an enjoyable course and I was impressed with the setup. I will definitely be returning to do my electrical qualifications here later in the year.

The teacher Tim Morris as a exceptional understanding in this field, nothing is too much of a problem for him and very patient and helpful with his students. However I must say this is about Technique and not Tim they need to do more on the air-conditioning side of training. Yes they have air-conditioning units set up but as a student wanting to learn how to install air-conditioning units we did nothing in terms of installing them, nor did we install the pipe work behind the units and did no electrical work to get these machines working. You can be told endless information in a classroom but I paid to get HANDS ON experience which technique did not deliver so on that side of things I was let down. To get good in any job practice practice practice installing is the answer.
